Welcome to Spontiq! These Terms govern your use of our website at spontiq.app and participation in our waitlist and early access programs. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Who we are

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 16 to use the site and join the waitlist. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s consent to participate in early access programs.

3) Your account & communications

If you join our waitlist, you agree to receive emails about beta access and product updates. You can opt out any time via the unsubscribe link.

4) Acceptable use

• Don’t use the site to spam, harass, or harm others.
• Don’t attempt to access non-public systems, scrape, or interfere with the site.
• Don’t post unlawful or infringing content via any form or chat we may offer.

5) Intellectual property

The Spontiq name, logos, and all content on the site are owned by Spontiq or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

6) Beta / early access

If you participate in private betas, you may receive confidential information. You agree to use it only for testing Spontiq and not to disclose it publicly without permission. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

7) Location & safety (product preview)

Spontiq is about meeting IRL. When the app launches, it may use approximate location to show pop-ups nearby and employ safety features (e.g., verification, fuzzy location until critical mass). Always use your best judgment and follow local laws.

8) Disclaimers

We provide the site “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement). We don’t control third-party venues or user behavior.

9) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spontiq and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site.

10) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Spontiq harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time for any reason. You may stop using the site at any time.

12) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the new Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
