Privacy Policy
We built Spontiq to help people connect in real life with minimal friction. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect on our website and waitlist, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact info you provide — when you join the waitlist (e.g., email).
- Basic site analytics — aggregated usage (page views, referrers, device types). We don’t sell this data.
- Form submissions — Netlify securely stores your waitlist entry; we may forward it to our CRM (e.g., Airtable/Sheets) to manage the beta list.
How we use data
- To notify you about the Chicago beta and relevant updates.
- To understand which pages and messages are working so we can improve the site.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
Cookies & analytics
Our static site may use minimal cookies or privacy-respecting analytics to measure performance. If we add third-party analytics or ads in the future, we’ll update this page and provide controls where applicable.
Data sharing
- Vendors — we use reputable providers (e.g., Netlify for hosting/forms) to operate the site.
- Legal/safety — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect people from harm or fraud.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep waitlist data for as long as needed to administer the beta and early access communications. You can request deletion at any time.
Your choices
- Opt-out — unsubscribe from any email you receive from us.
- Access or delete — email privacy@spontiq.app to request a copy or deletion of your data.
Children
Spontiq is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
International users
Our initial operations are U.S.-based. If you access the site from other regions, you consent to processing in the U.S.
Changes
We’ll post any updates on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted.
